Event Terms and Conditions of Sale
Deposits
Please be aware stands aren’t confirmed until a deposit (minimum £50) has been received by Belle Event & Exhibitions Limited.We cannot be held responsible if your stand was cancelled due to non-receipt of deposit. All payment details will be visible on invoices.
Event Cancellations
You are asked to let us know 14 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend an event that you have booked, any cancellations after this time may result in you losing your payment.
All cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
If you’d like to cancel, please do so by e-mail clearly stating the event and company name.
Belle Event & Exhibitions Limited have the right to cancel any stands within 14 days of an event in the unlikely circumstances of needing to do so for layout restrictions, venue change or conflict of interest.
Transferring a Booking
You may be able to transfer your booking to another show if there was e-mail notification of cancellation 14 days prior to the booked event taking place.
Exhibitor Information
All exhibitors will be sent detailed notes prior to the event which must be read carefully to avoid and confusion on the day. We will have staff to assist with positioning, we will not disclose venue layouts or exhibitor lists to any companies, third parties or potential exhibitors/visitors. Invoices for online purchases will be sent out within 2 working days.
Insurance
It is the responsibilty of all attending companies to have valid liability insurance for these events. Belle Event & Exhibitions Limited cannot accept responsibility for any damage to equipment or person(s) whilst exhibiting at any of our events.
